14-day right of withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may return an item bought at a distance within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
Return conditions
- It is enough that you have not used or damaged the item beyond the ordinary inspection or trial appropriate to its nature.
- The item must be sent back complete, with its box and any accompanying parts (tassel, pouch, box, etc.).
- For personalised items — name engraving, bespoke stringing to a given size — there is no right of withdrawal under the applicable regulation; this is also flagged to you when you order.
How the return works
- Send us your return request by phone on 0531 374 28 21, over our WhatsApp line or by e-mail at onurlutesbihane@gmail.com.
- Pack the item carefully and send it using the shipping details we give you.
- Once the item reaches us and is checked, its price is refunded via your original payment method as soon as possible.
Exchange
If an item is not what you hoped for, you may exchange it for another piece from our collection instead of returning it. Any price difference is settled together.
Faulty or damaged items
If you find transit damage or a manufacturing fault, simply send us a photo; the item is replaced or refunded. For courier damage, having a report recorded at delivery speeds the process up.
Marketplace orders
For orders placed through our stores on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Pazarama or PTT AVM, returns and exchanges are handled through that platform's buyer-protection system and return flow.
