Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

These Terms of Use govern the rules and conditions applying to the use of the services offered through https://onurlutesbihane.com (the "Site"). By visiting the Site or becoming a member, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Parties and definitions

The Site is operated by Onurlu Tesbihane (Onurlu Tesbihane). "User" means anyone visiting the Site; "Member" means a user who creates an account on the Site.

2. Membership

  • Membership is free and optional; orders may also be placed without membership, as a guest.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide when registering.
  • Keeping your account password confidential, and responsibility for transactions made through your account, rest with you. If you notice unauthorised use, please tell us at onurlutesbihane@gmail.com.
  • Persons under 18 may transact only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Rules for using the Site

The User agrees not to use the Site in a manner contrary to law, to morality or to these terms, not to infringe the rights of others, and not to attempt anything that would compromise the security or operation of the Site.

4. Products, prices and images

  • Product prices are in Turkish lira (₺) including VAT and may be updated without prior notice; the applicable price is the one shown in the basket / order summary at the moment of ordering.
  • Because of the nature of handmade products, there may be minor differences in colour, texture and size between the images and the product delivered.
  • Depending on stock, a product may temporarily be unavailable.

5. Ordering and payment

Ordering and payment processes are also subject to the separately provided Distance Sales Contract (/mesafeli-satis-sozlesmesi) and Pre-Information Form (/on-bilgilendirme-formu). Card payments are collected through PayTR's secure payment infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (logo, text, images, design) belongs to the Onurlu Tesbihane brand or to the relevant rights holders; it may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Onurlu Tesbihane does not undertake that the Site will operate without interruption or error, and cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by technical maintenance, force majeure or third-party services. Your rights under consumer legislation are reserved.

8. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Notice (/gizlilik-politikasi).

9. Termination of membership

A Member may request closure of their account at any time at onurlutesbihane@gmail.com. Onurlu Tesbihane may suspend or terminate a membership that breaches these terms.

10. Changes and entry into force

Onurlu Tesbihane may update these terms; the current text enters into force when it is published on the Site. Turkish law applies to disputes; for consumer transactions, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent.
